How to Change or Cancel Your Paid Plan

Step-by-step guide to changing or cancelling your paid Promolayer plan via Stripe's billing portal.

This article does not apply to Shopify, Wix, or ColorMe Shop users.

You can change or cancel your Promolayer plan at any time via Stripe's billing portal.

Steps

  1. Click your profile from the dropdown menu in the top right.

  2. Click 'Open billing portal'.

  3. In Stripe's billing portal, click 'Update subscription' (or 'Cancel plan' to move to the free plan).

  4. Choose your preferred plan and click 'Continue'. (Note: Stripe displays the Pro plan under the name "Professional.")

  5. Review and click 'Confirm'.

  6. Click 'Return to Promolayer'.

  7. Confirm that your plan has been updated.
