How to upload compliance documents to a Property on Reapit

Uploading the latest compliance documents (such as the Energy Performance Certificate, Gas Safety Certificate and Electrical Installation Condition Report) for each property on Reapit is an important step in ensuring the compliance of your deal.

Follow these simple steps to upload the most up to date compliance documents to a property on Reapit and sync them through to Propoly.

Step 1: Access the Property Page on Reapit

To begin, log in to your Reapit account and navigate to the property you wish to upload the compliance documents for. Once on the property page, locate the "Attributes" section and click on the pencil icon.

Step 2: Navigate to the Appliances, Insurance, and Safety Tab

Next, click on the "Appliances, Insurance, and Safety" tab to access the section where you can upload the compliance documents.

Step 3: Add a New Compliance Document

Click on the "+" icon in the "Safety Checks, Certificates, Insurance, and Warranties" section to upload your compliance documents. This will open a new window where you can select the document category and fill out the necessary information.

Step 4: Save the Compliance Document

Once you have filled out all the necessary information, click on the "Documents" section in the top left corner and select the compliance document. Then, click on the floppy-disk icon to save the document in Reapit.

Step 5: Find the Property on Propoly

To ensure that the compliance documents are also added to your property on Propoly, you will need to search for the Reapit ID of the property on Propoly.

Once you have found the property, click on it to display the property in Propoly.

Step 6: Access the Compliance Documents Section on Propoly

Once you have looked up the property, find the "Compliance Documents" section and click on the type of document you want to import.

This will bring up the "Import Documents" dialogue.

Step 7: Import the Compliance Document from Reapit

From the "Upload Documents" dialogue, click on the "Fetch From CMS" button in the top right corner of the import documents section.

This will import the latest compliance documents from Reapit and add them to your property on the Propoly platform.

Please note when using the "Fetch from CMS" function that if you had previously manually attached any compliance documents, these will be overwritten by the ones imported from Reapit. Only the document with the latest expiry date will be uploaded from Reapit if there are multiples.

Congratulations! You have successfully uploaded compliance documents to your property on Reapit and synced them with the Propoly platform!
