Sync Renewals to Reapit from Propoly

There are two different workflows depending on whether the original tenancy you would like to renew is linked to Reapit on Propoly.

Original Tenancy not on Propoly?

Ensure the following:

In order to sync a renewal negotiation you must ensure that the original tenancy on Propoly is linked to Reapit. If that is not the case, you will need to import into Propoly the correct property from Reapit and follow workflow for tenancies not on Propoly.

  • Go to the property page of the Tenancy you would like to renew (Ensure the tenancy is linked to Reapit otherwise, nothing will be pushed to Reapit)

  • Click "Renew Deal" and provide renewal details

  • Once you execute the Renewal on Propoly, it will create a renewal negotiation in Reapit.

  • All documents generated or added against the renewal on Propoly, will be added as letters against the renewal negotiation in Reapit.

Tenancy not on Propoly?

  • Import Property into Propoly using import.

  • Click Fetch Tenancies

  • Find the original tenancy in the list and click "Import Renewal"

  • This will create a renewal tenancy deal on Propoly, with the details of the original tenancy

  • Go and edit the renewal tenancy in case you need to make any changes to the rental period, rent etc.

  • Once you execute the Renewal on Propoly, it will create a renewal negotiation in Reapit.

  • All documents generated or added against the renewal on Propoly, will be added as letters against the renewal negotiation in Reapit.
