Why do I have a transfer limit on my business account, and how can I increase it?

Your transfer limits depend on your account tier, which is based on the documents submitted during registration.

To increase your transaction limit, please follow these steps:

  1. Log into Prospa

  2. Tap "See More" to access Virtual Office

  3. Go to Self Service

  4. Select "Transaction limit"

  5. Click on the highlighted upgrade icon and follow the prompts

    OR

  1. On the web.

  2. Click "Upgrade Now"

  3. Click on the highlighted upgrade icon and follow the prompts.

Once provided information is verified, your new limits will apply. Need help further assistance? Submit a ticket In-app.
