I want to create a business account on the app but it says my BVN already exist.

You are getting this message because you already have an active Prospa account, and your BVN has been successfully verified on that existing account.

If you'd like to access your current Prospa account, simply try resetting your password on the login screen.

However, if you're looking to create a new business account, you can easily do so using our "Switch Account" feature. This allows you to manage multiple Prospa accounts seamlessly under one profile, without any further BVN verification issues.

Here's how to create a new account:

Log in to the Prospa app.

Tap the profile icon (represented by your initials) at the top right of your dashboard.

Scroll down and select "Switch Account."

Click on "Create New Account."
