Where do I find pending transfers that need approval?

Pending transfers requiring your approval will appear as a notification on your Prospa dashboard.

To view and approve these transactions, tap the 'Click here' at the pop up notification on your home page.

OR

  • Go to Virtual Office by clicking on "More"

  • Select transactions history.

  • Click on the filter option to filter by transaction status.

  • Select "Pending".

  • Click Save and apply the filter.
