My incoming transfer is yet to reflect. How long does it take?

Usually, transfers reflect instantly. If your transfer is delayed, please submit a ticket in-app or send an email to help@getprospa.com with the following details

  • Session ID of the transaction

  • Sender’s name (account the funds were sent from)

  • Sender's Bank

  • Transaction amount

  • Date of transaction

  • Your Prospa account number (where the funds is being expected).
