My transfer failed. What should I do?

You can dispute a failed transfer directly within the app. Here's how to do it:

  • Open your transaction history and tap on the failed transaction.

  • Tap the "Dispute Transaction" option.

  • Fill in the required transaction details and upload a photo of your transaction receipt.

  • Tap the "Continue" button to submit your dispute.
