Edit, move, duplicate, or delete multiple events at once

Bulk Editing Shortcuts

  • Ctrl/Cmd ⌘ + Click: Select an event or events

  • Ctrl/Cmd ⌘ + A: Select all events in view

  • Ctrl/Cmd ⌘ + M: Move selected events

  • Ctrl/Cmd ⌘ + D: Duplicate selected events

  • Ctrl/Cmd ⌘ + E: Edit selected events details

  • Ctrl/Cmd ⌘ + Delete/Backspace: Delete selected events

  • Esc: Deselect all selected events

Selection

Use Ctrl or Cmd ⌘ + Click to select multiple events. Selection is maintained throughout calendar navigation, so you can select events in a particular month or week, navigate forward, and select again to add to your selection.

Use Ctrl or Cmd ⌘ + A to select all events in a given view. This shortcut also respects filters, so you can quickly select everything with a particular tag by filtering by that tag and selecting all.

Edit Multiple Event Details

To edit the details of multiple events at once, select the events you want to edit and click Edit or use hotkey Ctrl/Cmd ⌘ + E.

Bulk Detail Editing Hotkeys

  • Up & Down Arrow Keys, Tab & Shift + Tab: Navigate the list of actions

  • Return: Execute the chosen action

  • Esc: Close the bulk action palette without saving

From here you can choose to change the details of any of the listed fields. You can also quickly find specific details to change using the search bar.

Move Events

To move multiple events, select the events you want to move and click Move or use hotkey Ctrl/Cmd ⌘ + M. Enter the time increment to shift your event.

Note: If you choose to move multiple events from different dates to another day, the first event will be moved to the selected day and all other events will be moved relative to the first Event.

Duplicate Events

To duplicate multiple events, select the events you want to copy and click Duplicate or use hotkey Ctrl/Cmd ⌘ + D. Select the date and/or time at which to duplicate the selected events.

Note: If you choose to duplicate multiple events from different dates to another day, the first event will be duplicated to the selected day and all other events will be duplicated relative to the first Event.

Deleting Events

To delete multiple events, select the events you want to delete and click Delete or use hotkey Ctrl/Cmd ⌘ + Del/Backspace.

Click Confirm to delete all selected events.
