Selection

Use Ctrl or Cmd ⌘ + Click to select multiple events. Selection is maintained throughout calendar navigation, so you can select events in a particular month or week, navigate forward, and select again to add to your selection.

Use Ctrl or Cmd ⌘ + A to select all events in a given view. This shortcut also respects filters, so you can quickly select everything with a particular tag by filtering by that tag and selecting all.

Edit Multiple Event Fields

To edit multiple event fields at once, select the events you want to edit and click Edit or use the hotkey Ctrl/Cmd ⌘ + E.

Bulk Editing Hotkeys

  • Up & Down Arrow Keys, Tab & Shift + Tab: Navigate the list of actions

  • Return: Execute the chosen action

  • Esc: Close the bulk action palette without saving

From here you can choose to change any of the listed fields. You can also quickly select specific fields to change using the search bar.

The fields that are available to change are:

  • Title

  • Start and end time

  • Locations

  • Projects

  • People and groups

  • Items, collections, and consumables

  • Tags

  • Files

  • Event status, flags, and draft status

  • Event details and admin notes (rich text available)

❗️When bulk editing the details or admin notes for multiple events, the new text will fully replace any existing text in these fields for all selected events and cannot be undone. If an event already has details you want to keep, make sure to deselect it before applying the bulk change.

Move Events

To move multiple events, select the events you want to move and click Move or use hotkey Ctrl/Cmd ⌘ + M. Enter the time increment to shift your event.

Note: If you choose to move multiple events from different dates to another day, the first event will be moved to the selected day and all other events will be moved relative to the first Event.

Duplicate Events

To duplicate multiple events, select the events you want to copy and click Duplicate or use hotkey Ctrl/Cmd ⌘ + D. Select the date and/or time at which to duplicate the selected events.

Note: If you choose to duplicate multiple events from different dates to another day, the first event will be duplicated to the selected day and all other events will be duplicated relative to the first Event.

Deleting Events

To delete multiple events, select the events you want to delete and click Delete or use hotkey Ctrl/Cmd ⌘ + Del/Backspace.

Click Confirm to delete all selected events.
