Get to know the Prospero app

Prospero helps you manage a busy production schedule with all of your production resources right at your fingertips.

Calendar

The calendar is Prospero's core. The home tab shows the master calendar, where every event happening at your organization will live. Month layout is the default, but you can view your calendar in week, day, and list layouts as well. All of your saved calendar views will be displayed beneath the main calendar tab.

Projects

Projects are typically created for different productions, but can also be created as categories for admin/general events or to categorize rental events. Each project is a different color. This is the default event color code applied to the calendar.

Locations

You can add info about your organization's venues and venue spaces to the Locations tab. Once added, you can assign multiple venues and spaces to new events.

People

Manage your organization's team members and their contact info from the People tab. People can be assigned to events once they are added to the app. Their saved email addresses can also be used to share events and calendar views directly from the app.

Inventory

Manage props and equipment in the Inventory tab. Add Items and Item Collections to new events. Use the inventory tab to track item quantity, availability, and maintenance.

Tags

Use customizable tags to identify and track any event. Create tags for any event category and apply as many as needed to each event.

Files

Upload important documents and images to the Files tab. Attach these documents to relevant events for easy access.
