Prospero allows you to create custom tags for both events and items, giving you complete flexibility to organize your calendar and inventory. Event tags help you categorize and filter your calendar based on unique criteria like department, crew availability, vendor, or anything else your workflow requires. Item tags make it easy to group and quickly locate specific types of items within your inventory.
Creating and Using Event Tags
To create a new event tag, go to Tags in the sidebar and click + Tag in the upper right-hand corner.
Select for the tag to be allowed on Events. Assign an icon and a color, and click Save. You will now be able to select this tag when you create a new event. Add as many different tags as you need to events. You can then filter your calendar and split schedules in day layout using these tags.
Note: Multiple tags can be added to events, but only the first tag's color will be used when coloring events by tag in week and day view.
Creating and Using Item Tags
To create a new item tag, go to Tags in the sidebar and click + Tag in the upper right-hand corner.
Select for the tag to be allowed on Items. Assign an icon and a color, and click Save. You will now be able to add this tag to inventory items. You can filter items in the Inventory tab using these tags.
Note: Item tags are only used in the inventory tab, and cannot be used to filter events with specific items in the calendar. If you're looking for an event that uses a specific item, use the Items filter in to narrow events by item or item collection.
