Prospero lets you easily print aesthetic schedule layouts with customizable formatting and org branding. You can print any month, week, or day view directly from the calendar in the app. The document editor in list layout lets you design clean, attractive call sheets to export to PDF.

To print and export month layout, click ... to the left of +Filters in the upper right-hand corner to open the menu, and select Print. Toggle the color option and click Print to open your browser's native print dialogue box. Customize the range of hours show, and whether or not to print in color. Click Print from this box to open your browser's native print dialogue box. To export the month, select Save as PDF as the print destination.

To export and print week layout, click ... to the left of +Filters in the upper right-hand corner to open the menu, and select Export to PDF to open the PDF editor. From here you can change the page size and orientation, as well as adjust the visible hours on the schedule if events extend past the hours needed. Week Layout Format Settings are available in the editor so you can adjust the event appearance, week start date, color scheme, and calendar zoom level without leaving the editor.

Add a title heading, additional notes to appear at the top of the page, and choose to display filters that have been applied to the events shown. Upload an image like a show or organization logo, include the date and time at the bottom of the page, or include a custom text watermark across the front of the page. Once you have finished customizing your PDF, click Download to save it to your device.
