Every calendar layout has customizable formatting options so you can view your calendar any way you need. Once tailored, these layouts can be exported as PDFs or printed.
Month Layout Format Options
In Month Layout, you can choose Sunday or Monday as the week's start day. You can also opt to show three-letter project abbreviations for events.
Events are color-coded based on Project by default, but you can also color events by Location and Tag.
Note: There is no limit to the number of tags that can be applied to an event for filtering purposes, but only up to the first three tags will be visible when coloring events by tag in Month Layout.
Week Layout Format Options
In Week Layout, there are more options for displaying event info. In addition to changing the week's start day and showing project abbreviations, you can choose to display the end times and attendees in each event block. Adjust the layout zoom to show more or fewer hours of the schedule at a time.
In TV Mode, the schedule will automatically scroll to display all events if they don't all fit on the screen with the current zoom level. You can adjust where the scroll starts and stops by changing the Scroll start and end times.
Note: In Week and Day Layouts, color coding by tag will only color events by the first tag applied to an event (not by the first tag shown in the event editor, as tags are displayed in alphabetical order).
Day Layout Format Options
In Day Layout, there is an additional option to Show Notes in event blocks. You can also use Split-by formatting to split your day by selected Locations, Groups, Projects, People, Items, or Tags.
You can adjust the zoom level and scroll settings as with Week Layout.
List Layout Format Options
In List Layout, there are various formatting options to create your ideal schedule layout for printing and exporting.
You can create a list of Featured Events at the top of your event list featuring a few events further filtered from the current filtered list.
Note: If you apply filters to the calendar, Featured Events will only be available from the current filtered view and won't include events that have been filtered out.
The Featured Events list will be separate from the Main List of events, which can be renamed. You can list the main list of events by Day, Location, Project, Person, Item, or Tag. Events will be listed in chronological order in any of these selected categories.
You can also choose to show or hide Excel-style dividers. Any of the event details can be shown or hidden in selected columns and columns can be reordered for a fully flexible layout. The Title Column can be further customized to include Event Status or Tags with the Title.
You can adjust formatting for the appearance of exported Lists using the document editor when exporting.
