At Proton, all our artists gain access to daily reports on sales and streams. If you've released music on a label powered and distributed by Proton, then this includes you. Here’s how it works!

If you’ve released music on a Proton label, then that means you have access to an account in SoundSystem: our area for Pro Users. SoundSystem is where you’ll find daily reports, but also quarterly earnings statements too.

To access SoundSystem, you’ll need the username that you used to sign your contract. If you forgot your username, try this link! You can also contact us if you need help signing in.

Once you’re inside, here’s how to access daily updates on sales & streams:

  1. In SoundSystem, click the big green Account button to load the account area.

  2. Once you’re in the Account area, look for the “Performance” tab.

The Performance tab will report daily sales and streams from the following platforms:

  • Spotify

  • Apple Music & iTunes

  • Beatport

  • TraxSource

  • Juno

Your music is available on more platforms than the ones listed above, but those are the only platforms that currently support daily reports with Proton.

  • NOTE: By default, the Performance tab will ONLY display data over the last 6 months. To view a different date range, use the control panel on the right side of the screen to select the dates you’d like to view. Loading a bigger date range may take more time for the reports to load!

To see your full earnings reports, which include all the platforms, you can find those every quarter in the “Royalties” tab. Please note reports appear here every 3 months. To see a schedule of when your next statement will arrive, check this guide!
