Spotify supports multiple/separate profile pages for artists who have the same name. For example, two artists both named Sasha can have their music on separate Spotify artist profiles. However, this sometimes leads to music from other artists appearing incorrectly on your own artist profile! Fortunately, Spotify is here to help when this happens. Here's how it works!

Step 1: Sign up for Spotify For Artists

Before you can move another artist's music off of your profile page, you will need to sign up for Spotify for Artists if you haven't already. Once you're signed up & have your artist profile verified, you can move on to the next step. If you've released music via Proton, we can help you get access & verified instantly -- read about that here.

Step 2: Submit a Request to Spotify

Once you're logged into your Spotify for Artists account, click here to submit the request. Make sure to select "Another artist's music is on my profile." as the option on the form.

I have a different problem... my own music is appearing incorrectly on someone else's profile!

If you've released music via Proton and it's appearing on the wrong artist profile, we can help you get this fixed quickly and easily without waiting for Spotify's help. To get started, head over to this article.
