This article covers the payment methods Proxiware accepts and how to handle common billing questions.
Accepted Payment Methods
Proxiware accepts the following payment methods:
Credit and debit cards processed securely via Stripe. All major cards are supported.
Cryptocurrency processed via Cryptomus, which supports most major cryptocurrencies including Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT, and others.
PayPal is not accepted. No other payment processors are currently supported.
Two Ways to Pay
There are two separate ways to pay on Proxiware, and it is important to understand the difference.
1. Topping up your account balance. When you add funds to your balance from the billing section of your dashboard using Stripe or crypto, that amount is added to your balance. You can then use your balance to purchase or renew any plan.
2. Paying directly for a product or invoice. If you pay directly for a specific product, plan, or invoice at checkout using Stripe or crypto, that payment only settles that specific purchase. It does not add funds to your account balance. If you want the funds available as balance for future use, you need to top up your balance first, then pay from your balance.
This is a common source of confusion. For example, if a customer pays an invoice directly with crypto or Stripe expecting it to add to their balance, it will not show up as added balance since it went straight to that invoice instead.
Adding Funds to Your Balance
To top up your balance, go to the billing section of your dashboard and select your preferred payment method. There is no minimum top up amount.
Cryptocurrency Payments
When paying with cryptocurrency, your payment will process once your transaction reaches the required number of blockchain confirmations. Depending on network conditions, this can take anywhere from a few minutes to longer. Do not close the payment window until you receive confirmation. If your crypto payment was sent but has not been reflected after a reasonable amount of time, contact our support team with your transaction hash and we will investigate.Remember, whether your crypto or Stripe payment adds to your balance or settles a direct purchase depends on which of the two payment flows above you used.
Common Billing Questions
Can I get an invoice with my company details? Yes. See our How to Request Updated Invoices article for instructions.I was charged but did not receive my plan. Check the correct product section in your dashboard, each proxy type has a dedicated area. If it still does not appear, contact support with your payment confirmation.I paid with crypto or Stripe but my balance did not increase. This usually means you paid directly for a product or invoice rather than topping up your balance first. That payment only covers the specific purchase and does not add to your balance. See the Two Ways to Pay section above.I see a charge I do not recognize. This is most likely an auto renewal from your account balance. Check your plan renewal date in the dashboard. If it still does not match, contact support.
