Create in-platform habits for your members and track their success through your PT Mate business platform!
From your business web portal you can set up customized habits that you can send to your members helping them to stay on track on their journeys to achieving their health and fitness goals.
Head to your Health tab and find the Habit Tracker page - https://ptmate.app/health/habits
From this page you can start creating your individualized habits. If this is the first habit you're creating you will have the option in the middle of your page 'Create Your First Habit' or use the button option 'New Habit' one the right side of the page.
This will bring you to a new habit creation page.
Select the member that you would like to create a habit for.
Note: Your member will need to be connected to you through the PT Mate member app to receive daily reminders for their habit.
Once you have selected the member next you can name the habit, e.g; 'Drink more water'. Then set the amount (in numbers) you want your member to achieve.
Now that you have set the amount, choose the unit of measure. 8 'cups' of water.
Next, add the frequency of the habit.
Daily
Weekly
Once you have created the habit, set up when you want the start date of the habit to be.
Note: The soonest the start date can be set for is 'tomorrow'.
You can set an end date too. This is a great option to use for health and fitness challenges!! You can add or edit the end date anytime.
Once the habit have set up you will see it in your habits list.
And as your member achieves their habit you can track their success from their member web portal or in you habits list.
Each day your members will receive a push notification to their PT Mate members app giving a quick reminder to stay on track and to track their daily success.
As your tribe update the habit log you will be able to oversee ands track their efforts and success all from your PT Mate business web portal.
