Overview
Your client activity gives you an overview of everything related to your client and can be found on the Overview page of your client's details.
Activity types
In the activity feed we list everything that has happened in the last 7 days that matters and/or needs your attention. These events include:
Bookings and sessions
Any bookings your client made for future sessions. This includes booking into a session, entering the waiting list or cancelling a booking.
Any session comment in both 1:1 and group sessions will be listed as well.
Billing & payments
You can see any payments that have been processed in the last 7 days. These payments can be manual or automatic as part of a direct debit.
Failed direct debit payments will also be listed. Note that if direct debits fail four times, you'll be notified that the debit has been cancelled and needs to be reset.
Training
Anything related to your client training, such as starting a training plan or running a training session (both within a training plan or separate) will be listed here so you can review the results logged.
Progress
Any time your client enters a new health log, you'll be notified so you can have a look at their progress. This is especially important if your client has an active Nutrition plan and is working towards a goal.
