How am I charged?

We'll automatically charge your saved card on the beginning of each billing cycle (monthly or yearly).

You can update your payment method in your Account Settings.

Nutrition Billing;

Your access to PT Mate meal plans are debited on a weekly basis (usually on a Monday)

In your billing description you will see;

"Total units 7 (number of clients on a meal plan plus the number of days) x $1.10 - Total: $7.70"

EXAMPLE ONLY

Your nutrition is a third party service, due to this we pay for your clients service whether you pay or not.

Your service fees for nutrition are $1.10 per person, we per day.

FOR EXAMPLE

1 client x 7 days (7 units) x $1.10 = $7.70

2 clients x 7 days (14 units) $1.10 = $15.40

3 clients x 7 days (21 units) $1.10 = $23.10

If your first payment fails it will be reattempted with the following week's nutrition debit. If it fails a second time you will receive an invoice. If unpaid a third attempt will be made (attempted weekly, usually on a Monday). If this fails a fourth time your clients will loose access to their meal plans until the amount owing paid in full.

If your nutrition payments fail more than 3 times, incurred is a $10.00 payment failure fee.

So please ensure your account has sufficient funds to avoid any payment failure.
