Disputes may take several weeks or months to process.
Instead, we recommend requesting a refund directly from Pubby. We have the ability to process your refund within 24 hours.
To request a refund, you can submit a Ticket, or contact support thru chat or email (support@pubby.co).
We refund any subscription payment within 30 days of purchase per our terms of use.
Need to cancel your subscription?
Canceling your subscription is easy to do at any time.
Log in to pubby
Click the icon in the top right-hand corner of your screen
From the dropdown menu, click 'Settings' once logged in
Click ‘Subscriptions’ along the tabs listed, then the red ‘Cancel Subscription' button.
Refunds are not automatic when you cancel your subscription. If you feel the circumstances are necessary, you may request a refund directly from Pubby's support team.
If you're interested in switching from a yearly subscription to a monthly subscription, please contact support or submit a Ticket.
