How to Add Your Book to Pubby
This guide provides step-by-step instructions on how to add your book to Pubby. By following these steps, you can easily upload your book, provide relevant information, and submit it for approval on Pubby.
1. Navigate to https://app.pubby.co/#/author
2. Click 'Add Book'
3. Add your title and author name. Please enter them exactly as they appear on Amazon. Include all authors, separated by commas. Include subtitles.
4. Click CONTINUE.
5. Choose your readers.
You must choose at least one category of reader: Standard, Kindle Unlimited, and/or Verified Purchase
You may also choose more than one!
6. Standard reviews require a pdf or epub file of your book.
Readers will download it for free from pubby when they sign up to read your book
They will then write their review on Amazon
7. Click "Drop files here to upload"
Upload an epub or pdf file of your interior manuscript
Please upload your complete manuscript
Please do not upload a manuscript with watermarks
Please do not upload your cover file as your manuscript
We will ask for your cover file later on!
8. Our Verified Purchase reviews require the reader to purchase the ebook version of your book directly on Amazon.
Readers are required to purchase your book on Amazon
Your book must be available as an ebook on Amazon
Your ebook must below $5.00 to be eligible
Books available via free promotion on Amazon may also choose this category
9. Choose how to pay for the Verified Purchase upgrade
You can pay immediately, or only once your book is approved by the team
This is a one-time charge
Once you've paid for this upgrade, you do not have to continue purchasing it for any other books on the account
10. Our Kindle Unlimited reviews are designed for authors whose books are available for free via Kindle Unlimited on Amazon
Readers will use their KU reading subscription to download your book for free directly from Amazon
Your ebook must be available thru Kindle Unlimited to be eligible
11. Once you've chosen your readers, click CONTINUE.
12. Upload your cover file.
Please follow the upcoming directions on how to find the exact file we need - it's easy and will make your book be approved faster!
13. To find your cover file...in a new tab, navigate to https://www.amazon.com/ and search for your book title.
14. Scroll thru the results. Click the title of your book when you find it.
15. Right-click your book's cover.
16. Click "Save Image As…"
17. Choose a folder, and click "Save"
18. Return to your Book Form on pubby.
19. Click "Drop files here to upload" and upload the file you just saved from Amazon.
20. Now, add the direct link to your book on Amazon.

21. Choose your book's genre. You may only choose one genre.
22. Check boxes next to phrases that best describe your book.
23. Provide a short summary of your book.
24. Let us know what's unique about your book.
25. Let us know what you think readers will most enjoy about your book.
26. What popular books is your book similar to? For instance, if you upload a children's fiction book about magic, you might enter 'Harry Potter' here.
27. Include your favorite excerpt. If your book does not have written words, simply describe some great elements of the book.
28. Write any additional information you'd like our readers to know.
29. Click "SUBMIT FOR APPROVAL"
Our team will approve your book within 24-48 hours. If any changes are requested, you will receive an email.
