Standard Assignments
If your assignment is a Standard Assignment, you will download the book directly from your dashboard on pubby. Click the book's title in the left sidebar, then click the blue DOWNLOAD BOOK button. Once you've downloaded your book it will be in the designated folder through your browser (you will usually see a download indicator in the upper right corner of your browser).

Kindle Unlimited
If your assignment is a Kindle Unlimited assignment, the book has to be downloaded directly from Amazon. Readers must have an active Kindle Unlimited subscription to download these books for free on Amazon.
If you'd like to try Kindle Unlimited, Amazon offers a free trial. Sign up for Amazon's Kindle Unlimited reading subscription here.
To download the book:
From your pubby dashboard, click the book's title in the left sidebar
Then click VIEW ON AMAZON, and paste the link into your internet browser
This will take you directly to the book's sales page on Amazon. If you have a Kindle Unlimited subscription - which is required for this assignment type - you should see an option to Read for Free in the right sidebar.

Verified Purchase / Free Promotion
If your assignment is a Verified Purchase assignment, the book has to be downloaded directly from Amazon.
To download the book:
From pubby, click the book's title in the left sidebar
Under Your Todos, click the orange VIEW ON AMAZON button. This copies the book's sales page link automatically.
Paste the link in your internet browser, and press enter
On the sales page, click on the 'Kindle' version of the book.
Purchase the book (if it is a free promotion assignment, the price should be $0.00)
