Sales orders created in plentymarkets for a specific warehouse are transferred to exactly the same warehouse in PULPO WMS. It is necessary that the warehouse name in PULPO WMS exactly matches the warehouse name in plentymarkets. The name of the warehouse can be edited in PULPO WMS in the control centre via the left side menu Warehouse locations -> Select warehouse and then via the three dots.

An integration between plentymarkets and PULPO WMS only imports sales orders from a certain status into PULPO WMS. If other statuses are to be imported, further integrations can be created for this.

Parallel to the transmission of orders, PULPO WMS checks with each order transmission whether sales orders have been cancelled in plentymarkets in order to cancel them immediately in PULPO WMS as well. When creating the order synchronisation, the status in which a sales order is considered cancelled in plentymarkets must therefore also be defined.
