After the access data has been stored, a product synchronisation can be created.
To create a new integration, select the menu item Integrations (1), then the tab Integration Configurator (2) and then click on the orange plus (3).
The following steps are to be carried out in the subsequent dialogue:
1.Naming the integration
2.Selection of the type, here products.
3.Selection of the source system, here the user for the plentymarkets API.
4.Selection of the target system, here the user for the PULPO WMS API.
5.The product name for the product in PULPO WMS can be mapped from a specific field in plentymarkets to ensure that the warehouse staff can identify the product at any time. The following fields from plentymarkets are available:
VARIATION_NAME: Name of the variant in plentymarkets.
EN_ITEM_TEXT_NAME1: Name1 of the parent item of the variant in the language English.
Attention: If this name is used as a source, it is possible that several variants receive the same name in PULPO WMS.
FIRST_ITEM_TEXT_NAME1: Name1 of the parent article in the first language found.
Attention: If this name is used as a source, it may be that several products receive the same name in PULPO WMS.
VARIATION_NUMBER: Variant number of the variant in plentymarkets.
VARIATION_NUMBER + DE_ITEM_TEXT_NAME1: PULPO WMS will use two fields in combination from plentymarkets to build the product name.
6.Create the integration.
Note: If batch products are created in plentymarkets, the field (1) Identify LOT products must be activated under Other settings and the (2) LOT identifier from (4. Synchronisation of item and product data -> Batch products) must be entered.
The integration is now active and imports data from plentymarkets to PULPO WMS every 10min. Help with errors in the synchronisation can be found here.
