Preconditions

  1. Make sure the warehouses in PULPO WMS and Shopify have the same names. If not, adjust the name.

  2. In the Integration Configuration tab of the Integrations menu, set up the following configuration. It will be responsible for transferring product data from Shopify to PULPO WMS.

Automatic data transfer frequency, import of product tags, ignoring product dimensions

IMPORTANT: Make sure the products are available in the location you are connecting to PULPO WMS in Shopify. Otherwise, the product stock will not be fetched from PULPO WMS to Shopify.

  1. Name the integration for Product data

  2. Choose type Products

  3. Choose credentials for the data origin (Shopify)

  4. Choose credentials for the data target (PULPO WMS API)

  5. Choose the default product supplier (optional)

Additional settings:

  1. Use Shopify GraphQL

  2. Choose if you want the shopify product tags imported
Some tags are reserved for the definition of product type

  3. The product price in PULPO can be taken from:

    1. variant = Shopify price from the product variant

    2. inventoryItem = Shopify Cost per item from the product variant

The frequency for automatic data transfer can be set in the Additional settings (default is activated for every 10 minutes, possible values 1-60 minutes).

Starting the initial product data sync

In the integration controls tab of the Integrations menu, start the Products integration to fetch products from Shopify to PULPO WMS. The status has to change to FINISHED or FINISHED PARTIALLY. If the integration is failing, review the logs to find a possible cause, or address PULPO WMS support.

Shopify does not store your product dimensions information, and the products are created with generic 1x1x1 cm dimensions.

If the dimensions are important for your business or for the shipping providers, activate the "Ignore product dimensions" checkbox. After the initial sync, you can change the dimensions in PULPO manually or with a CSV upload. After changing the dimensions in PULPO, they will not be overwritten by the generic values.
