6. Testing the integration

1. If not done before, fetch the products to PULPO WMS by running the Products integration manually.

See if there are any errors and address the PULPO WMS manager to check the logs and find issues.

2. Add some product quantities to the different types of products in Shopify and in PULPO and create test orders for the same products and quantities.

3. Set the order status to PAID for it to be fetched to PULPO.

4. See if the order is fetched to PULPO (you can start sales order integration manually).

5. Fulfill the order and see if the fulfillment status is updated in Shopify.

6. Test until everything is working correctly.

8. Optional: check the shipping label generated by Sendcloud and make sure it uses the proper label template.

If everything goes smoothly and you feel ready to start working with PULPO WMS, decide on the go-live date and reach out to the PULPO WMS manager to prepare a production instance for you.
