Preparation

Activation of the PULPO WMS API as described here:

Activation of the interface in Billbee under Settings -> Connection settings -> Billbee API and assignment of a password.

Store Billbee access data in PULPO WMS

We create a new entry of the type "Billbee" in PULPO WMS under Admin -> Integrations -> Access data and store there a freely selectable name for the access data, our Billbee user name (e-mail of the main user or user name employee) as well as the API password created before.

Create integration configurations

For full API integration of Billbee we create four configurations under Admin -> Integrations -> INTEGRATION CONFIGURATION as shown in the table below:

*only required if you decide not to use Billbee to generate labels, but to use a different service for it, like Sendcloud or VCE.

Product synchronisation

  1. Name the integration for product data

  2. Select the type Products

  3. select access data source system for the data origin (Billbee)

  4. select access data target system for the data target (PULPO WMS API)

  5. The frequency of the automatic data transfer can be defined in the additional settings (every 60 minutes is activated as default, possible values 1-60 minutes)

Synchronise sales orders

  • Name the integration for sales orders

  • Select the type of sales orders

  • Select access data source system for data origin (Billbee)

  • Select access data target system for data destination (PULPO WMS API)

  • Determine which Billbee order status should be taken into account

  • Determine which Billbee status should be taken into account for cancelled sales orders

  • The frequency of automatic data transfer can be set in the additional settings (every 10 minutes is activated by default, possible values 1-60 minutes).

Status Updates

  1. Name the integration for Status Updates

  2. Select the Status Updates type

  3. Select the credentials for the data origin (PULPO WMS API)

  4. Select the credentials for the data destination (Billbee)

  5. Select which status should be set after the packing process in Billbee

Update stock

  1. Name the integration for stock updates

  2. Select the type of stock

  3. Select the source system for the data origin (PULPO WMS API)

  4. Choose the access data for the data destination (Billbee)

After all integrations are created, we can start synchronising our product data from Billbee to PULPO WMS.

  1. Name the integration for labels

  2. Select the source system for the data origin (PULPO WMS API)

  3. Choose the access data for the data destination (Billbee)

Generate shipments *

  1. Name the integration for shipments

  2. Select the source system for the data origin (PULPO WMS API)

  3. Choose the access data for the data destination (Billbee)
