Quick search is found at the very top of the platform main screen.

It's always in the same place so if you need to find an influencer or outlet quickly, you can do so with ease! Simply type the name of the profile you wish to see and click into it.

Selecting an individual/outlet will allow you to view their profile. On the About tab you will find useful information including Pitching tips, contact preferences and their biography

Profile information is obtained by our Research team from numerous sources to provide you with the most up to date information possible.

The Coverage tab allows you to see coverage attached to the journalist of outlet you are currently looking at.

In the example below, the latest coverage tab has linked the journalists coverage found in the platform historically. The Coverage tab indicates coverage which has been written by the journalist.

On the top right hand side, "Set relationship" will allow you to label the relationship with this Contact. The Actions button will allow you to Forget the contact and remove it from all groups and you will no longer be able to view their contact details although they still will appear in your searches.

Click "Save" if you want to save this Contact in one of your existing groups. You could also create a new group by clicking "New" and save this contact to your newly created group.

Download PDF will allow you to download details from the Contact's Profile page. The below options are selectable for download.

"Actions" option will allow you to Add Private data to this contact or Forget Contact.

Here are the examples of Private data details that could be added to the Contact

If you select Forget Contact, they will be removed from all groups and you will no longer be able to view their contact details although they will still appear in your searches.

"Records" tab along the top of the profile is used to show all the main points of communication with the individual. This could be Groups they are saved to and also communications they are included on.

And lastly, the "Comments" tab is used for making comments and notes on the Contact Profile page
