We're thrilled to introduce Pulsar CONTACTS, an exciting addition to our suite of solutions for Pulsar for Communicators offering users access to a comprehensive database of global media contacts and media outlets, along with some nifty distribution tools. This new Pulsar CONTACTS product has several key functionalities, including Global Contact Search, Press Release Creation and Distribution, Contact Lists and Groups and a News Archive, giving PR and Comms users a complete Media Monitoring and Media Contacts solution in one tool.

Quick search for Contacts and Outlets
Quick search allows you to instantly locate an individual Journalist or Media Outlet. It is conveniently located at the top of the platform's main screen, ensuring easy access and a user-friendly experience. Simply type the name of the profile or media outlet you wish to explore, and with one single click, delve into a wealth of information about that media contact.
Profile Exploration
Selecting an individual Contact or Outlet opens a comprehensive Profile View. In the About tab, discover valuable information such as pitching tips, contact preferences, and biographies. The Coverage tab provides insights into the latest journalist's coverage of the outlet. Our Research team diligently compiles profile information from diverse sources, ensuring you receive the most up-to-date details.
Contact Management
Tailor your interactions with contacts using advanced features in CONTACTS:
Group Organization: Save contacts to existing groups or create new ones, tailoring your organisational structure.
Relationship Labelling: Add labels to signify the nature of your relationship with a contact.
Data Download: Download contact details directly from the Contact's Profile page for external use.
Privacy Control: Add Private data or Forget Contact if no longer relevant.
Communication Records: The Records tab displays all essential points of communication with the individual.

Once satisfied with the results, seamlessly add contacts to existing groups or create new ones. Save your search filters for repeated use, ensuring a time-efficient approach to finding the same results. CONTACTS simplifies repetitive tasks, allowing you to effortlessly apply saved searches for consistent results.
Navigating and Editing Groups
Organise your desired contacts and outlets into groups effortlessly. Create, edit, and manage groups with refined searching, filtering, and exporting capabilities.
Create, Send, and Manage Releases
Leverage CONTACTS Releases feature to create custom email press releases, event invites, and other communications tailored to your target groups. The tool provides comprehensive tracking, allowing you to gauge the performance of your distributions and efficiently follow up with contacts.
