Learning Objectives

  • Understand the visualizations found in the Profile - Audience section of CORE

What is the Audience section?

The Audience section within a Profile provides important insights into how users are interacting with the Profile and its content. If you've plugged in your Owned Profiles, you'll also find channel-specific visuals in this section.

Audience Performance

The Audience Performance chart helps you understand how your audience is growing by showing you the number of followers, page likes, or subscribers within the selected time frame. You can choose between viewing a chart of Total Followers or New Followers gained in the time frame.

This chart also lets you compare the Profile's performance against the Industry Average or up to 5 other Profiles in the Brandset

You'll also have the option to compare to a previous time period.

Key Performance Figures

The Key Performance Figures in the Audience section give you a high-level view of the most important metrics of your Profile's performance. You'll be able to see the Total Followers, New Followers, and Growth of the Profile, as well as the Impressions and Engagements generated by the Profile's content.

Top Commenters

🚨Important: This is only available for plugged-in Twitter profiles

The Top Commenters visual lists the users who have commented the most on your content. This is ranked based on which users have written the highest number of comments.

Page Views

🚨Important: This is only available for LinkedIn profiles

The Page View graph shows you the total number of views your LinkedIn page has received in the specified time range. This is split into different page sections, allowing you to understand which sections are receiving the most attention.
