Step 1: Explore the Dashboard Home Base
Your dashboard is your home base in Pulse. Start here whenever you log in to get a quick overview of your work. From the dashboard, you can see:
Active campaigns
Completed campaigns
Drafts waiting for approval
You’ll also see high-level performance stats, and you can click into any campaign to view all its details.
Step 2: Switch Between Workspaces and Offices
If your team operates across multiple offices or business units, use the workspace switcher at the top of the screen. From here, you can:
Jump between offices or workspaces
Check what each office is spending
See which campaigns are running in each workspace
This is especially useful if you oversee or support multiple teams. Super helpful if you're keeping tabs across different teams.
Step 3: Configure Notification Preferences
Before you start actively using Pulse, set up your notifications so you never miss a creator update. Pulse can notify you by:
Email
WhatsApp
SMS
Notifications are triggered, for example, when a creator submits a draft, which helps keep campaigns moving quickly. Add your phone number and email in the notification settings to enable these alerts, can notify, just add your phone number and email here, and you're good to go.
Step 4: Add Teammates and Organize by Office
Invite your teammates into Pulse so collaboration and routing of notifications stay organized. You can:
Add team members to your account
Assign each person to the correct office or workspace
This ensures the right people receive the appropriate notifications and have access to the appropriate campaigns for everyone by office, so the right people get the correct notifications.
Step 5: Review and Export Billing Details
Use the Billing section to understand and report on your spend. To review billing:
Select a date range for the period you want to analyze. Let's pick a date range and view total spend for that period, breaking spend down by artist, by campaign, or by individual creator
You can also export all billing data, which is useful when finance or leadership requests a spreadsheet down by artist, by campaign, or even down to exactly what you paid each creator. And yes, you can export everything, because eventually, someone is going to ask for a spreadsheet.
Step 6: Maintain Your Creator Database
Your creator database is your private memory of everyone you’ve worked with. In this section, you can see:
All creators you’ve collaborated with
What each creator has charged historically
The last campaign they participated in
Whether they are represented by an agency
It is basically your private memory. Everyone you've ever worked with lives here, along with what they've charged, the last campaign they were part of, and whether they're represented by an agency. If you worked with a creator outside of Pulse, you can manually add them so your database remains complete.
Add them here so your database stays complete.
You can also:
Set custom pricing for creators you work with frequently
Assign agencies along with preferred contacts and negotiated rates
All of this data is private to your account. Custom pricing for creators you work with often and assign agencies with your preferred contacts and negotiated rates. Everything here stays private to your account.

Ask for different creator types
Tighten or adjust criteria
Request different audiences
Refine the list as much as you like before moving forward.
Step 8: Create the Brief and Send Proposals

You can complete these steps without leaving the campaign creation flow, keeping everything streamlined without leaving this flow.
