At first it is required to enable the access for less secure apps to your Google account. This can be done from the Settings -> Security settings for your Gmail account. For more details how to do this, please check out this link.
Once the access is enabled then if are you using the 2FA to access your Gmail account, then you will need to create the one time password for the App so you can authenticate the Pulseway PSA with your Gmail account. However if you do not use 2FA, then simply configure the SMTP using the following settings:
SMTP server: smtp.gmail.com
Port : 587
Protocol: SSL
For G-suite you might need to white-list the email sending IP address for our server 34.236.10.235.
