To setup New Client Portal User's email template in PSA

This article will help to set up a new Custom Email template for Client Portal Users in PSA (this will override the system's email template).

1) Create an Email Template:

Login to the PSA console, go to Admin>> Business Process>> Email Templates>> New Email Template>> select the Module as New Client Portal User and fill in the details.

2) Add the Template to the default settings:

Go to Admin section > My Company > Company Settings > User Account > New Client Portal user Email Template > select the above Template from the drop-down.
