Question : Why is the Asset IP Address missing in the PSA Hardware Assets section?
Answer : The IP addresses show up in the PSA only for Systems on which the Network Adapter Monitoring (computer statistics) is configured.
Configuring Network Adapter Monitoring
To configure the Network Adapter Monitoring, open the Pulseway Manager and
navigate to System >> Network >> Interfaces section.
Note 1 - We don't import the IP address (found in the "Systems" screen of the RMM) into the PSA, because that is the external IP address and might show the routed IP.
Note 2 - If you configure multiple Network Adapters on the RMM Agent, the IP of the first one on the list will show up in the PSA.
Note 3 - Also, note that, the IP address will not reflect in the PSA as soon as the network adapter monitoring is configured on the System - because the computer statistics collection happens at specific intervals (for SaaS instances, it happens every 12 hours).

Once the IP address is received from the Agent, it will be reflected in the PSA as soon as the RMM-PSA Sync (either manually or through the automated nightly scheduler) is done.
