How to enable diagnostic logging in the Pulseway Web App?

Introduction:

With the introduction of Pulseway V9.6, we have added the ability to enable endpoint diagnostic logging directly from the web application itself, and collect them from the respective machines without interrupting the end user:



Step 1 :

First, enable the feature by going to the Pulseway WebApp>> Configuration>> Settings>> select "Enable agent diagnostic logging on the device card"



Step 2 :

Then, go to the System where you want to enable the logs by navigating to the WebApp>> Devices>> Device list>> select the system>> under Manage click on Diagnostic Logging.

Then, Diagnostic Logging can be enabled on Windows systems for up to 72 hours from the Device Card.



The "Download Logs" action will automatically package the logs and download them onto the technician's computer.
