Issue description:


The chat icon is absent to the end user during the Remote Control Session.

With Pulseway V9.4, we've implemented some new remote control behaviors, offering finer control over the remote session and enhancing both the technician's and end user's experience.



Solution:


Please validate the remote policy assigned to the system and ensure that the chat pop-up feature is activated.

To do this, access the Pulseway WebApp >> Configuration >> Profiles >> choose the relevant profile >> navigate to Policy Type-Device Configuration >> Configuration Type as Remote Desktop. Ensure that the Remote Desktop session pop-up is enabled, and remember to save the settings.
