Question: What does the field "Occurrence Count" represent in a ticket?

Answer: Previously, if you had Pulseway RMM integration enabled with PSA, and if duplicate alarms were generated repeatedly multiple tickets were created. Now the "Occurrence Count" section is incremented as an indication of re-occurring alarms.
