Enhancement
Ticket Status Change - Note Type
Notes added when changing the status of a ticket from the right navigation will now be marked "internal" by default with an option to disable and make the note public.
Fixes
Sales Order | Fixed: After saving a sales order, user experienced an unexpected behavior where a random contact name was displayed when the sales order was saved without a contact. |
Contract | Fixed: When user increased/decreased the units of a recurring service and changed the effective date, the last period was deleted. |
Contract | Fixed: When user extended a yearly recurring services contract end date, the last billing period of the contract service total price was changed. |
Teams Channels | Fixed: In New View, View (Teams Channels > Views) did not open if it was opened before and the breadcrumbs were not displayed correctly. |
