Ticket | Fixed: User is not able to select more than 720 tickets in the new Service Desk while using the Safari browser. On the other hand, user is able to select more than 1000 tickets while using Chrome browser. |
Ticket | Fixed: Concurrent inline editing was leading to incorrect value updates, particularly when a user, operating on a slow network, initiated the second inline edit before the completion of the first. This scenario triggered a race condition in the backend, causing the second inline edit to overwrite the changes made during the initial inline edit. |
Email Parser | Fixed: When the message thread was already started and then midway through the thread if someone added the email parser to this thread, the email parser was not respecting the thread and creating a new ticket. |
Client Portal | Fixed: When a Client Portal user with external manager role tried to add a ticket note for ticket that was linked to a child account, an error was displayed and the user was logged out. |
