On-prem servers not updating

Identify your server version

Open the Pulseway Admin app from your on-prem server host (usually located at c:\hosting\admin\pcmonitoradmin.exe) and head to the License & Administration tab and at the bottom of the License inner tab you will see the server version.

If your server version is bellow 344, open SQL Server Management Studio (link) and connect to your Microsoft SQL Server (you may need to tick the box to trust the server certificate) and run the attached query file.

Once the query has finished executing, restart the Pulseway Server Updater service and check the most recent ServerUpdate log file from the c:\logs folder to track the progress of the update process.
