Customer Support Representative (Online Chat Support)
We’re looking for a motivated Customer Support Representative to join our global support team at Pump.Fun. This is a fully online role where you’ll be engaging with our community via chat to provide fast, empathetic, and knowledgeable support. You’ll be on the frontlines, helping users navigate our platform, troubleshoot issues, and build trust with our fast-moving team.

Provide live online chat support to users across different time zones. We use Intercom.
Troubleshoot issues quickly and escalate when needed, working with QA and support engineers.
Help users understand transactions on Solana explorers and guide them through common blockchain-related issues.
Respond with empathy and clarity, ensuring users feel supported every step of the way.
Document issues, feedback, and recurring problems to improve processes and user experience.
Stay agile and adaptable, as our platform is updated weekly (sometimes daily)

Preferred: Knowledge of Solana, exploring transactions on-chain, and general crypto literacy.
Preferred: Personal trading background: memecoins, perpetuals, or prediction markets.
Preferred: Crypto Twitter knowledge.
Strong written English skills with the ability to simplify technical information.
A user-first mindset with high emotional intelligence and empathy.
Integrity and professionalism, given the financial nature of our work.
Willingness to work full-time (40 hours/week), across rotating shifts: Asia, Europe, Americas. Weekend work may be required.

Bounties Moderator
We’re looking for a motivated Bounties Moderator to join the Pump.Fun Bounties team. This is a remote role where you’ll help maintain the quality, safety, and integrity of the Bounties platform. You’ll review bounties and submissions, identify policy violations, and help ensure rewards are distributed fairly and consistently.
What You’ll Do

Review newly created bounties for compliance with platform policies and safety standards.
Evaluate user submissions and determine whether completion requirements have been met.
Identify fraud, spam, manipulated submissions, AI generated content, duplicate content, and other forms of abuse.
Investigate disputes between bounty creators and participants.
Escalate complex moderation decisions when necessary.
Maintain accurate documentation of moderation actions and emerging trends.
Work closely with Moderation, Support, and Product teams.
Provide clear and professional communication when explaining moderation decisions.
Stay agile and adaptable as platform features, policies, and workflows evolve
