Why do I need to send my documents?
Like all licensed gaming operators, we are legally required to verify the personal data you provided during registration to comply with anti-money laundering and terrorism funding laws. 🛡️
This protects your identity, helps keep transactions fast and secure, and ensures your account remains safe.


What documents we accept

🆔 Proof of identity

  • Colour photo of a valid ID document (passport, driving license, or national ID card – front and back; no scanned documents).

  • Must be clear, not expired, all details readable, and all 4 corners visible.

🏠 Proof of address

  • Must clearly show your full name, residential address, and issue date.

  • Must be dated within the last 3 months.

  • All 4 corners of the document must be visible (PDF format required if submitted online).

Acceptable documents:

  • Utility bills (gas, electricity, water, landline, home internet, cable TV)

  • Mobile phone bills

  • Bank statements (not from digital-only banks such as Revolut or N26)

  • Rental, home insurance, or health insurance documents

  • Local authority tax bills, council tax bills, or other official government correspondence

Not acceptable:

  • Salary slips

  • Medical or healthcare bills

  • Generic purchase invoices

  • Car or pet insurance documents

  • Bank statements from digital-only banks

  • Union documents

💳 Proof of payment methods

Credit Card:

  • Photo of the card used for deposits (front and back).

  • Only the first 6 and last 4 digits should be visible; cover the CVV code.

  • Card must be signed, not expired, and all corners visible.

E-wallet (Skrill, Neteller, Ecopayz):

  • Screenshot of your logged-in e-wallet account showing email address, username, and full name.

Bank Statement:

  • Screenshot or PDF from your online bank showing name, account number, bank logo, IBAN, and BIC/SWIFT.

  • For RAPID TRANSFER deposits, include the transaction to our casino.

  • Paper copies require a stamp and signature from your bank.


📤 How do I upload my documents?

  • You’ll receive a secure link from our identification partner, SumSub. Simply follow the on-screen instructions to upload your documents.

  • If proof of payment method is also required, a separate email will provide detailed instructions.


⏳ What happens after you submit your documents?

  • Documents are reviewed to ensure they meet our verification requirements.

  • Processing may take some time, and some documents may be rejected if incomplete or unclear.

  • Routine transaction checks (e.g., deposits) can take up to a week.

  • You will receive a message 📨 with any additional steps required.
