How does the withdrawal process work?

We know you’re eager to receive your winnings — here’s what to expect when you request a withdrawal. 💸


🕒 Processing Times
Once you’ve submitted your withdrawal, our team reviews it in the order it was received.
Withdrawals are usually processed within 1–3 business days.

After processing, it can take up to 5 additional business days for the funds to reach your account, depending on your payment method and bank’s processing times.
(Weekends and bank holidays can cause extra delays.)


⏳ Why your withdrawal may still be pending
If your withdrawal is taking longer than expected, don’t worry — it might be pending for one of the following reasons:

  • Account verification: Your ID or proof of address hasn’t been fully approved yet.

  • Payment method checks: We may need proof of the method used to deposit or withdraw.

  • Withdrawal limits: You may have reached your weekly or daily withdrawal limit.

  • Routine checks: Large wins or unusual activity may require additional reviews.

Once everything is verified, your withdrawal will be processed automatically.


🧾 First-time withdrawals
If this is your first withdrawal, you’ll be asked to verify your identity and address.
You’ll see a pop-up in the Cashier section prompting you to upload your documents.

If verification isn’t completed within 3 days, your withdrawal request will be cancelled and the funds will be returned to your account.
