I have been refunded the wrong amount. What now?

Kala mai ia'u (sorry), if we have refunded you an incorrect amount.

Please check if a discount code was used for your order that was linked to a minimum order value. This is distributed on a percentage basis to all products. This means that only the percentage amount will be reimbursed in case of a refund.

If the minimum order value is not reached after the return of goods, the discount code will expire. The same applies to partial shipments if the discount is applied to the lowest priced item of jewelry. For cancellation of the more expensive item of jewelry, the lowest priced item of jewelry will be recalculated at full price and only the difference will be refunded.
