Our store is centrally located in downtown Munich, on the ground floor of the Kaufingertor Passage, Kaufingerstraße 9, 80331 Munich.
What are the opening hours?
We’re open from Monday to Saturday from 10 AM to 7 PM.
Can I use any discount code in the store?
Yes, you can redeem any PURELEI discount code at the checkout in our store.

Yes, you can try on our clothing in our fitting rooms.
Can I return or exchange items in-store?
Products purchased in-store can be returned or exchanged within 30 days with a receipt. Please do not send in-store purchases back by mail — bring them to the store to avoid delays. Online purchases cannot be returned in-store.
Can I file a complaint in-store?
We can only process complaints for products purchased in-store. Please bring your receipt. For all other complaints, please use our chatbot.
Can I subscribe to the Mahina Club in-store?
Yes, you can subscribe in-store. You’ll receive the current Mahina Club Set by post after successful registration. Note: Subscriptions for future months cannot be pre-ordered in-store. Managing your subscription is only possible online via your customer account or our Kokua Chatbot.
Will new collections be available in-store?
Yes, you can discover and purchase all our new collections in-store.
Will there be special offers in-store?
Yes, we regularly offer changing deals and promotions in our store.
