How to Pay Your Invoice with PureWay

PureWay offers three simple and secure ways to pay your invoice: online, by phone, or by mail. Choose the method that works best for you.

✅ Option 1: Pay Online (Fastest & Easiest)

You can pay your invoice online in just a few minutes.

Step-by-Step Instructions:

  1. Enter the following details:

    • Invoice Number (found at the top right of your invoice)

    • Amount Due

    • Your Contact Information

  2. Choose your payment method (Credit Card or ACH).

  3. Click Submit Payment.

  4. A confirmation will be sent to your email once your payment is processed.

📞 Option 2: Pay by Phone

Prefer a live representative? We're here to help.

  • Call us toll-free at 877-765-3030

  • Choose the option for Billing or Accounts Receivable

  • Have your invoice number and payment method ready (credit card or bank information)

Our team is available Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CT.

To pay by check, please send your payment along with a copy of your invoice to our corporate headquarters:

📬 Please include your invoice number in the memo line of your check.
