🔄 Return Policy

General Returns:

  • Returns accepted within 30 days of purchase for unused products in original packaging.

  • Used or expired products are non-returnable.

  • A 20% restocking fee applies to all returned orders.

  • Return shipping costs are covered by PureWay.

  • Refunds are processed within 15 days of receiving the returned item and may take 1–2 billing cycles to appear on your statement.

Exceptions:

  • Infection control and PPE products are non-returnable and non-cancelable due to health and safety regulations.

📦 Shipping Assistance

Requesting a Shipping Label:

  • If you cannot locate your prepaid return label, request a new one by filling out the form at Shipping Label Request.

  • Provide necessary details such as company name, contact information, and product details.(pureway.com)

Scheduling a Pickup:

  • USPS: Schedule a pickup at USPS Pickup.

  • UPS/Fedex: Schedule a pickup by contacting customer support at 877-765-3030.

Tracking Orders:

  • Track your order by visiting the tracking portal.

  • Enter your order number and email address to view tracking information.


💳 Billing & Payments

Payment Methods:

  • Accepts major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover.

  • PayPal is available for online purchases.

Payment Terms:

  • For all purchases under $1,000 or for any online store purchases, payment is due at the time of purchase.

  • For established accounts payment is due within 30 days of the invoice date.

  • Late payments may incur a 1% monthly interest fee starting from the 46th day post-invoice.(pureway.com)

  • Automatic Reordering: Set up to automatically reorder products when returns are processed.

  • Bulk Ordering: Purchase products in bulk to reduce shipping costs and simplify ordering.

🧪 Product Return Instructions

Sharps Mail-Back Systems:

  1. Once the container reaches the fill line, close it securely.

  2. Place the container inside the provided plastic bag and seal it with the zip tie.

  3. Insert the bagged container into the original shipping box.

  4. Complete the Tracking Manifest, retain the bottom copy, and place the remaining copies in the pouch on the box.

  5. Seal the box using the provided tape.

  6. Ship via USPS using the prepaid return label.

Amalgam Waste Systems:

  1. Fill the bucket with approved materials (e.g., disposable amalgam capsules, scrap amalgam).

  2. Place the bucket in the provided plastic bag and seal it with the zip tie.

  3. Insert the bagged bucket into the return shipping box and seal it.

  4. Ship via UPS using the prepaid return label.

ECO II Amalgam Separator:

  1. Once full, place the canister in the provided plastic bag and seal it with the zip tie.

  2. Insert the bagged canister into the return shipping box and seal it.

  3. Ship via UPS using the prepaid return label.

Recycling Certificates:

  • Certificates are automatically sent to the email provided or can be accessed at portal.pureway.com.
