The instructions below are for Pyn 2. If you are using Pyn 1 (Classic) click here

Step-by-Step Guide

1. Open or create a Flow

Navigate to Flows from the left-hand navigation bar and select an existing automation or click Create New to start building a new flow.

2. Add a Step

Inside your flow builder, click Add a step and choose Post to Slack Channel.

3. Choose your Slack Sender

In the configuration side panel/pop-up, click the From dropdown and select your desired Slack sender (e.g., Pyn Bot or a connected personal Slack alias).

4. Select the Target Channel

Click into the To field to search for and select the destination Slack channel (e.g., #general, #people-experience).

5. Compose and Publish

Craft your message content in the editor, set your delivery schedule, and click Publish to activate the step.

Important Note: Make sure the selected Slack sender (or the Pyn Bot) has been explicitly added as a member to the public Slack channel in your workspace prior to sending so Pyn has permission to post.
