Customize Pyn for your organization
Our Theme feature allows you to customize Pyn's messages with your organization's branding. Just upload your company logo or add a signature!
đ Note: Only Pyn Owners and Admins can upload a logo. For information on permissions, see Pyn Permission Types.
Add your company's logo to your email messages
Select Settings
Click on Theme
Upload your logo by dragging and dropping it into the box or browsing your files
Pyn supports PNG, JPG, GIF, WEBP
Minimum height: 150 px
Click on the toggle to enable your logo to appear on all of your email messages. Note: If you do not enable your logo here, you can still enable it on individual email messages.
Your logo will now appear in the top-left of your email message!
Delete and replace your company's logo
Select Settings
Click on Theme
Click on the
Xto the right of your logo to delete the logoUpload your new logo by dragging and dropping it into the box or browsing your files

Remove logo or signature from individual email messages
You can choose to remove your company's logo or your signature from specific email messages.
Navigate to the message you want to edit in Library or Drafts.
Click on the eye icon in the top right of your screen.
Select the envelope icon to preview your email message.
De-select the toggles for the logo or signature to disable them from appearing in this email message.
