Early Pyn data shows personalized subject lines (via tokens) tend to perform on average ~10% better. We encourage you to use tokens to customize your Pyns. This resource will walk you through our recommended tokens for Pyns sent to Managers and Employees selected as a Buddy.
The Manager Pyn
We recommend using these tokens when crafting the Pyn to Managers prompting them to select a Buddy:
@recipent.preferredName - This will pull in the name of the Manager receiving the Pyn.
@principal.buddy.preferredName - This will pull in the name of the New Employee.
The Buddy Pyn
We recommend using these tokens when crafting a Pyn that is sent to the Current Employee selected as a Buddy:
@recipent.preferredName - This will pull in the name of the Employee receiving the Pyn.
@principal.buddy.preferredName - This will pull in the name of the New Employee.
@principal.buddy.startDate - This will pull in the start date of the New Employee.
@principal.buddy.JobTitle - This will pull in the job title of the New Employee. If the field is blank, we'll default to "your buddy's role"
